MP is all-in, so we don't have to worry about any future betting. There is $0.40 in the pot on the flop, + SB's $0.50 bet, + your $0.50 call, + MP's $7.65 raise, for a total of $9.05. It costs you $7.15 to call, so your pot odds are about 1.27 to 1. You have 9 outs to the nut flush, 3 more to a questionable straight, and 3 more to a questionable pair of aces. Being generous, you can give yourself 11 outs here. With 11 outs, your chances of hitting are 1 - (36/47)*(35/46), which is equal to 41.7%, meaning you are about 3 to 2 or 1.5 to 1 against. Since your pot odds are less than your odds of hitting your draw, this is a fold.

Also, since SB is allin MP is much more likely to have a real hand. Why would he want to isolate SB if he was on a draw or something. Just get out of the way on this one.

Read my post. Your pot odds are less than your odds of hitting your draw, and you can't win any more money on the hand if you hit since both your opponents are all-in. Thus, you fold.
