First of all, rebuy to 100BB.

Do you have any reads on your opponents?

W/O reads, I'm betting $3 on the flop, and given your stack size pushing the turn.

Lead the flop for $2.50 - $3.
Lead the turn for $4. As played, raise the turn to $5.

Yes, you have to call the river

First of all, reload to $25 PF. Don't play with a short stack unless you're short-stacking. Playing with 60 BBs is no-man's land, you want to be able to win the max on your big hands.

Raise more PF. 4xBB + 1 BB per limper. At NL 25, I raise this to $1.5.

BET the flop. Make a near pot-sized bet, $3 should suffice here.

As played, your turn check is horrid. BET the turn. When it gets back to you, check-raise more. Make it at least $5 when it comes back around.

Push the river. You have top two pair, and any other two pair is calling, plus often just lone aces (AK, AQ, AT, etc).

Yes, you misplayed this on every street. You seriously need to read up on bet sizing.

Use converter. Rebuy to full stack. Bet 2.5 on flop. Definetly lead turn for 4. 12 on river and call a push.
