Correct me if I am wrong but I think the four fold poker tables where 13500 points. If you give them a street value of $50 then that is less than .4c per point. I really can't see them being worth more than .5c.

Didin't they offer cash on a 0.3c per point basis (Gold), 0.2c basis (Silver) way back when when they birefly offered the cash option? I can't see much more than 0.3c - 0.4c per point at the high end, and quite possibly less.

My guess is that each point will be worth no more than one-tenth of a cent.

If you deposit $500 for one week, you get 1,000 points. Well, that $500 would generate about $0.40 a week in interest in an ING savings account (3.8% APR). Maybe Party is making a little more than that.

So if Party were to make each point worth even one-tenth of a cent, $500 a week = $1 worth of merchandise. I don't see how Party could make that deal unless it intends to take a loss.

They won't let you churn deposits much longer. People have been busted for it. I don't have the link.

I guess they change it to regular points than perhaps 1-1,5 cent
