flop is VERY drawy so ... id bet at least 18 on flop and try to get it all in on the turn ... if he flopped a straight, just hope the board pairs .. not really much else u can do

Agreed, a 3 bet raise on flop, shove turn and do pair the board dance if hes got a straight.
