No read on villain. Is this a draw/bluf often enough to call? I don't think any player would do this with a set or 2 pair on such a flop.

Most often this is a "please fold" push. So I'd call this without much hesitation. You'll sometimes be shown a set or two pair; if so, make note that this guy plays flopped monsters FAST.
