did not have much of a read on the villan...Few things? Is my flop reraise enough on that board? I considered a turn check but with that board I wanted to charge a draw...My turn bet was weakkkk!! should I have pushed there? I think the river was a call based on pot odds alone...anyone find a fold?

Vs a shortstack with only 50 bbs you should play QQ like the nuts. Get it in as soon as possible. Raise much more on the flop, push turn.

Raise the full pot on the flop, and put him all in on the turn.

With both, the small raise on the flop & the tiny turn bet, you just made a call for any draw correct.

Pot the flop and put him in on the turn, if he has a set...top up and keep going.

Flop raise was weak, could've been closer to $5.50...although I would've made it $4.75 exactly.

With $13.50 in the pot on the turn, I'd bet the $9.50 to push him all in. As played, bet the $9.50 to push him all in.

It sucks that he decided to get aggressive on the river (and probably snaked you), but yes, pot odds would say call.
