I know that ican't play poker online right now, but what about horse races? Seem's like i've heard thats still ok, is that BS, anyone know if one can still place bets online on horses??? thanks.

Honestly I would normally tell you to look around the internet and figure it out since it is in 1/2 the posts in this forum however you seem like the people I want to play against so try full tilt.

sweet.... so the ban at party is because they offer other gaming as well? cool, so i can still have great fun losing my money to you. what are the odds of these other sites being closed off as well? hmm... stars, tilt , or absolute?

Online betting on horseracing is 100% legal and just fine in the US. You can go to sites like youbet.com and bet tens of thousands on horses all day long if you like. If you go to some horse racing websites you will see them advertising in bold letters that they are "US Based and Licensed" Too bad a poker site can't do the same thing from the US.

This is not legal in some States, many States have made it legal.
