and I had no idea how to play this. I tried to keep the pot small.

UTG+1 is a 38/5/2 donk/calling station. Button is a 51/0/1 donk/calling station who has caught a few good hands.

you should have raise on pre-flop and on the flop.

PF, and flop are good. I don't like bloating a pot OOP with A/rag either.

You're likely behind on the turn, but I don't mind calling a smallish bet trying to fill up. When a donk with those stats suddenly wakes up when a "scare" card hits, it generally means he has it.

River is a fold.

Preflop was fine, but I would have made a 2/3 to full PSB on the flop to make the flush draw pay for drawing. If you want to keep the pot small, check the turn, and fold to a decent size bet if you think the guy has the flush. In the event that you really believe that villain has the flush, you don't want to call down with top pair and justify his optimistic call.
