How are you guys playing in the following situation? The flop is a paired board and no draws out (for example, K77r). You have Kx out of position, let's just say out of the blinds. I have been leading out but have been getting called in at least one spot, and I'm pretty much lost on the turn. Should I just give up on the hand at this point or is there another line I could take?

Too general. Depends on board texture, number of opponents, reads on your opponents, what card the paired card is, and your kicker. Post specific hands.

It depends on the # of opponents. Generally, I'm c/c-ing though.
