PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

Button ($15.50)
Hero ($64.70)
<font color="#C00000">BB ($41.40)</font>
UTG ($52.40)
<font color="#C00000">MP ($30)</font>

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif. MP posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP (poster) raises to $2.5</font>, Button calls $2.50, Hero calls $2.25, <font color="blue"> I'm cold calling here cause if I raise I'll only be called by AA/KK (okay play??) </font> <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $30</font>, Button folds, Hero ??

So here, BB has a really huge range cause he could really well be on a squeeze play and MP could know it and be isolating with a lower pocket pair then mine. Is this a shovable situation? I don't have any reads on MP but BB seems a little trickier than most opponents at that level.

Let me see if I understand this:

You didn't want to reraise because you were afraid you would only be called by KK/AA (as if AK doesn't often call a reraise), but now that you're facing a three-bet and a four-bet bet by the original raiser you want to push?

In other words, why is it when the original raiser hypothetical calls or reraises your hypothetical reraise he has to have AA/KK, but now that he's rebumping the BB (whose reraise after your coldcall is a pretty powerful move) you're convincing yourself that both are FOS?

what makes you think your only getting called by AA/KK?

You haven't offered any reads so I think you're getting called by a much wider range than this including:

AA-22
AK-AQ

and a lot of other hands aswell.

When the action gets back to you I like the fold.

Fold, even if BB is on a squeeze play, MP has clearly told you and everyone else at the table he is willing to get to the felt pre-flop, it is either AKs (maybe) but more likely it is for real. Couple that with BB's raise of a PFR and 2 cold callers and I think I pick a better place to put my stack in the middle. Bye Byt ladies, maybe next time.

Given no reads, I bump this up to $10 preflop and fold if it gets reraised beck to me. As played easy fold.
