BB is a super-loose and very passive fish. Didn't have many hands on UTG, but he seemed quite laggy to the tone of 40/20.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($58.45)
BB ($67.95)
UTG ($22.40)
Hero ($54.65)
CO ($31.80)
Button ($48.40)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.5</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $2, UTG calls $2.

Flop: ($7.75) 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $9</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $52.15</font>

The villain overbet the pot, leaving about half of his small stack behind, he could well be on a draw or have A8. Can't see him playing a made hand fast into a preflop raiser. Since villain's got about $11 left, I decide to push. There's still BB left to act who is unlikely to have hit this flop.

IMHO Standard play. Expect BB to call and suck out /images/graemlins/wink.gif

you only have $2.5 invested in a hand that doesnt play well multiway on that supercoordinated flop.

my vote is for a fold.

Would he bet half his stack on a draw though?

He could have made a preflop call with AXs or small suited connector, but both are unlikely.

I think you have him here.
