Being greedy, and hoping opponent had a King, I could've bet more on river. Or check? What would you do?

Raise more preflop. Standard size is 4xBB + 1/limper, so to $1 in this case.

The river card shouldn't really scare you. I would bet a little more here, not too much though. Maybe halfpot, so $5?

I would typically raise more PF, raise the flop harder. I think your turn bet is fine, but I would make it $5-$6 on the river.
