What countries have legislation that seems to promise that online poker will be legal for a long long time?
Thanks

The UK are going to regulate it and will be issuing licences from 2007, so I guess that it's going to be legal here in the UK for a long time

Proposed constitutional ammendment to the US constitution:
"The right of the people to click their mouse and lose their house shall not be infringed."

UK seems the only one, and they have a strong position in the european union. In germany, france its not legal, scandinavians had allowed it but in the moment they rethink this decision.
The European constitution protects online poker. I think Italy tried to prohibit online gambling but the European union did not agree.
