as soon as I cleared the raked hands it was cleared. It was a regular bonus but only available to vips. it wasnt a pop up or point thing.

I just checked my account. $520 in there. This is awesome because I was 115 points short and went back and forth with VIP trying to plead my case. They even ended up giving me a $50 pity bonus to try to make me happy.
