CO seems reasonably straight-forward.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) internettexasholdem.com (http://www.internettexasholdem.com)

CO ($24.65)
Button ($15.70)
SB ($41.45)
BB ($18.50)
UTG ($23.70)
UTG+1 ($14.05)
Hero ($32.25)
MP2 ($16.20)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
2 folds, Hero raises to $1, MP2 calls $1, CO calls $1, 3 folds.

Flop: ($3.35) Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
Hero bets $3, MP2 folds, CO raises to $6.5, Hero folds.

I'd make the call, bet a safe turn, and fold to a raise.

Edit: Bet ANY turn. Unsafe = better.

Wouldn't the pot be to big to bet/fold?

Interesting hand. What is villain trying to achieve with his min-reraise? Lets just hypothetically assume villain is a 2p2 student. First mistake is that min-reraises are a no-no here in 2p2 because they don't actually achieve anything, except extracting money if you have the nuts and no fear of the turn/river.

If he were on a flush draw with lets say AKs pushing would be certainly a better idea than min-raising.

Would he call your reraise with a 5? Hands that beat you that would be callable preflop are AA, KK, QQ, AQ, 55. There's a number of hands that you beat, but I think in this hand you're probably behind.

tojx, that was pretty much my resaoning. Given that we are pretty much playing for stacks on the turn if I call, folding seems to be the best option.

Villains at these stakes, especially straight forward ones don't give you tough decisions when they hold marginal hands like a flush draw or a medium pair on a paired board. You'll be looking at hands like AQ/A5 here a lot and you're drawing very thin against them so get out of their way.
