Villain was 28/58/4. Not sure if I played this too aggressively, and not sure if the river bet was necessary either. Any comments appreciated! (and yeah, I should have reraised more on the flop)

PSB when you bet the flop, there are two draws out there and you have bottom two, wining right now would not be a bad thing. $.17.
If you are going to re-raise the flop, which I think I might as well since UTG+1 is in the middle, make it a PSB more than that. The pot $0.67, it will be $0.87 after you call the $0.20 raise, so you need to raise in the area of $1.07. Your 60 cent raise wasn't even a halft the post size raise. Get your money in while you still have the best hand. But you know that /images/graemlins/wink.gif
Turn is fine
River $3 is fine, I typically do the hpsb here to get missed draws that hit part of the board to call but with your opponent only having $2.99 left, your betting choices are a really small bet or all-in. I think a check here intending to call his bet would also work here to induce a bluff from him. On the turn, one of the straight draws came in and on the river another developed and the flush missed. I think a check/call actually gets more money from the missed flush, PP or lone 9 betting than betting does.

I mostly agree with the guy above, but I don't PSB, because I never PSB. I'd probably bet 10-15 cents.

Also not wild on going crazy on the turn, since an OESD just completed on the turn. It is 5NL tho, so I think pot turn pot river is probably OK. Somewhat villian dependant IMO.
