Firstly you need to be aware that even crazy LAGs get card dead, so it probably depends on your definition of ages. But I'd probably repop this to get an idea of his hand. He's not likely to 4bet you with anything other than AA/KK but he'll stay in with stuff like JJ/QQ which you'll have a lot more chance of beating if you reraise preflop.

I usually call here... and raise maybe 20% of the time.

I jack this up to $4.5 most of the time actually. Get an idea of what he's got.

If you flat call you're not sure where you are and you're OOP, its good to raise this IMOH /images/graemlins/cool.gif

i like a call, especially since its sooted. i kno ur OOP, but this guy seems to have a hand. the fact that this guy hasnt raised in ages and brings it in utg makes me feel like u might get repopped preflop which i dont think we like here.

I would typically raise this to 4-5.
