It might be best to ask about a specific part of this hand(ex just the flop). That way your answers won't be messed w/ because you gave so much of opponents action.

I usually like to lead and bet this flop-I'll bet $8.
If i'm raised i'll usually just dump it.

AS played, I might make a blocking size bet on the turn and if i get raised big i'll dump.

Why all the checking? Lead flop and hope he raises his big PP - if he does, you can get it AI right now or on the turn.

Checking this board isn't a great idea - in a battle of the blinds he could be reraising more than QQ+, so the draws are relevant and you need to make him pay to see more cards. Even if he does have a big PP, there's 4 to a straight on the turn and you may not get much more money out of him.

I'd lead flop for $11 - call a raise if he doesn't raise enough to get it AI or push if he's pot-committed - and then push or c/rAI on the turn. If he just calls the flop, I'm leading the turn for $25, and calling a push or pushing any river.

Edit: Hmm, I misread this. The title said 99, so I didn't check the actual hand in the OP. For JJ, I think the call down is a bit thin. As played I'd dump this on the flop - I might lead and dump it to a reraise to be sure, given that it's a blind battle.

eventhough he is 30/20, a nl50 donk doesnt 3bet very light.
he may 3bet with 99-AA, AK,AQ.
on flop I beat only AK and AQ.
if I bet flop a nl50 aggresiv-donk usually calls with AQ/AK, and bets/raises turn if sense weakness.
I think I should just fold flop?

I would usually c/c flop and bet/fold or c/f turn.
