Miss flop, C bet called then led at when hit TP on turn $50NL

Is play on all streets standard? Standard continuation bet, then I hit top pair on turn so call, but fold to a decent sized river bet. A set of 7s or 89 me thinks. Are there any arguments to fold the turn or is this too weak?
