villain is a calling station (25.3/1.3/1.17 @ 75). How's my line? What's the best play on the river?

To a villain this passive, I'm folding to this river bet. You only beat a bluff. If you were planning on calling a river bet I like a blocking bet on the river of 1/3 size of the pot.

I consider checking the turn and call a small bet.

On the river, I'd block rather than check. Villain is passive, so if you're ahead, your block could be for value. By checking, a passive villain is betting with something that beats you.

Also, remember that the A didn't help you on the river - if you were ahead before, you're still ahead. On the other hand, any J has you beat (or even T).

Bet the river for $10 and fold to a reraise. I think this makes a bluff from the villain less likely and still allows you to get paid off by hands you beat.

The only advantage to checking the river that I can see is that it allows a missed flush draw the chance to bluff.

I really doubt villain would have the balls to bluff this paired and straight looking board...

If hero checks, its check/fold.
