after the betting PF, villain has a pot-sized stack, I was lost on the flop, he's commited so I can't even make him fold Queens

I'm not saying you are wrong, but you can elaborate a bit further? Do you plan on folding to any overcard? If he has an A, its quite likely he has a K or Q too.

I typically get it all-in here, might be a leak. I think check/ folding just looks very weak.

Could someone explain in a bit more detail? Why does the villian have an A most of the time? Why not 99-KK? Also, why would a c-bet on the flop not be a better play? Thanks.

A cbet on the flop would be a bad play because he is committed already. If he had more chips I would c-bet.

He can have other hands but an A is a very big part of his range. We wont like a lot of turn cards either.

If we plan on continuing we should just pot it cause his stack is going in one way or the other.

this is fine. like scorcerer said, a bet would be fine if he had any type of stack.
