He overcalled your bet so you can't put him on AK, AA, KK or TT. You said he is a competent player so we can remove all the A-rag hands, he wouldn't play it like that. His ten dollar bet represent almost half his stack on the turn, this is a bet that IMO represents a hand he wanna get allin with. If you respect his game, give him credits for the QJ and fold the turn.

Calling the minraise is fine if you're planning to do exactly what you did on turn, nh.
