Not to much known about villan other then I saw him 3 bet to $8 pf with AQo UTG, he also seems to love top pair type hands. How does my line look so far? And there is no way I can fold this right?

9 flush outs + 6 str8 outs = 15
15 outs = 30%
with turn and river to come you have 60% to win

clear call, you have the best of it

This is very standard. Call before it's too late.

Big combo draws (on the flop) are one of the hands we are looking to play for stacks. However its always nicer if we have some fold equity and you do not mention stack sizes.Still I would call/all in here.

I agree with everyone. Clear call.

A typical and nice situation is being up against an overpair:

Another probable situation, depending on the opponent is top pair, like you mentioned:
http://oddsdog.net/#h8=tsas&h9=8d7d&f=td5d9h

But even if you would be up against another straight and flush draw, but higher than yours, it would not be correct to call. But you would be far from drawing dead:

Considering all of the situations when your opponent would act like he did, I would say that the only option is to call.

I call, but I'm sick about it. His overpush smells of a draw that wants you to fold. Your outs are probably tainted. But I still can't find a fold.

yeah, this feels like gambling, but it's +EV, so it is good gambling /images/graemlins/smile.gif
