I put villain on either FD or an ace here, based on this and how much is actually left in my stack by the river im confused about how to play the river when the flush draw comes in. Comments are appreciated.

even for a blocking bet, your river action is too small. Either bet 4-5$ or check, this bet is asking to be bluffraised, and I'm not sure you can call a raise here.

4-5 is pretty much whats left of my stack...so basically I might as well just push it in?

I would push the turn. You got lik 7$ left into a 4$ pot, any bet makes you pot commited, you better push here.
As played push river, you're pot commited.

Best wishes.

I think you played this good.

There is no way you'll be bluffed out of this hand, you are ahead of much of his range and commited after your river bet.
Since you are not going to fold in this hand anymore, you have to get as much money in the pot as possible. If you push he might find a fold for the weaker part of his range with the flush coming in. Betting $3 is fine.
