Assuming villain is straightforward, never bluffs, folds 66 on flop, calls down with KJ, and always raises AK/TT+ preflop then:

Behind: 88 (3 combos), 97s (4 combos)
Ahead: K8s (3 combos), T8s (2 combos), K6s (3 combos), KQ (12 combos)
Even: KT ( 4 combos)

When at the table I tend to make the mistake of calling here but I think this is push or fold with push being best.

Edit: All hands we are ahead of need to be discounted some because they are often thrown away preflop or raised (KQ) 5-handed. However, even when discounted the combos we are ahead of probably are more than the ones we are behind. Plus there's dead money and the ones we are even with.

This hand convinced me that i wasnt ready for 4 tabling as in the chaos surrounding PT importing some hands which lagged my computer as well as music playing etc I timed out, and I was pissed about it. I wanted to make sure a push was good against an unknown because thats what I wanted to do.
