What is the correct move here and why? No read on this guy as I have not been at the table long.

If i just joined the game fold, if you have not got a read on the someone its to risky.

You would have a pair of Queens which is only 2nd highest pair and there is a possible straight out there. Another factor you only really have 1 main out (chance of improving hand on the river)that is if a Queen comes up, if an Ace comes there is a very strong possibility a straight will be there. Live to fright another hand.
