you need to be betting more on the flop/turn, river push is ok, but i think a normal bet gets more value from TT type holdings.

Pot/Pot/All in is good. As played you could CRAI though because that Q pairing just invites a bluff from worse hands that might not call a river bet and if he has KQ/QJ he prob won't be able to get away from it. I think you played it fine. Usually you here from a set on the turn and the push definitely has some semblance of a bluff so you might get called down light.
