It was a new table, so I didn't really have any reads on the villain, other than he seemed like a solid, tight-aggressive player and he knew another one of the players and seemed to be a regular.

I think you should call the river bet. He may have 76 here or a lot of other random hands and is trying to bluff you. It's hard to give him credit for a flush because he checked behind on the turn.

I'd pot the flop.

I call the river because its cheap enough that even if I'm beat, I want to see what he played.
