Your pot odds are about 2.29:1 to call. Assuming your flush would be good and he has only one pair (ie: AKo) you are 2.56:1 against. This is assuming he doesn't have a pair and a higher flush draw, a set with outs for a boat, and so on. So, you made a play for the pot got caught, and don't have the odds to continue: lay this down.
