what is a good goal in 25NL? I am just starting up a little bit, and was wondering in building a bankroll if 10BB an hour is a good goal.

A regular bb in poker tracker is Big Bet. In order to avoid getting messed up, for No limit, a bb is 2x the big blind (same as in limit). So 14ptbb/100 is 28 big blinds per 100.

its poker tracker BB - its equivalent to twice the big blind

I think that's unrealistic if you are just starting, anything in the +s is good. Just play good smart poker and the WR will take care of itself.
