BB very muched liked his ridiculously small flop bets, and doesn't really indicate what he might have. River raise/ turn check pretty bad?

You should be betting this turn almost always here. In this case, I'd probably make it $8, folding to a check-raise. Villain will fold often enough to make it +EV on its own merits, and if villain does call he will typically check to you on the river, letting you take a free showdown with a hand that now has some showdown value.

I like the way it was played. I find that if you raise the donk bet you take down the pot right then about 2/3 times. I will disagree w/ pokey here though, not saying he's wrong and I'm right, just my view. I hate putting more money in the pot in spots like this, I don't think he's folding the turn much here. He will call you down with a 9, and he could easily have a 7 or some 2pr hand here. I'm done after the flop.
