Just a line check. Villain is unknown, he sat down an orbit ago.

Anyone more aggressive here? 3-bet the turn, check-raise the river?

I think is played fine, i would need more of a read to 3-bet turn. and i definatly don't c/r this river.

Played fine imo, you reraise the turn to a pot sized bet.. i think it's debateble to raise more but I do the same thing most of the time. The check call on the river is fine too, you don't want to get too agressive here since you have no reads.

I think your check call was ok but I would have to guess he had an overpair and turned on the heat when the board paired dueces.

He turned on the heat on the turn. He also didn't raise preflop. I wouldn't be too worried about an overpair.
Question though, what hands does he play like this? TPGK? Any two pair? A low set? A middle pocket pair?

I like the way it was played. Yeah this is an overpair like 5%> . That river bet is so weak, but I can't bring myself to c/r the river. I would guess he limped JT or QJ or something.
