Sorry if this is basic. Villain looks like a TAG on the tight possibly weak side 20/9 over 54 hands. UTG limper is loose.

I was at this table and I think your bet was right, just unlucky he had nothing. Looked like just firing a 2nd barrel.

Call and a smallish / callable bet on the river. Not a great hand to extract money from a tag. Alternatively you could do a PSR on the turn - in some cases opponents might think: 'he wouldn't play the nuts that obvious'. However in this case he probably needs at least two pair, or maybe TPTK. This is probably happening not too often. So you're probably better off extracting just a little bit...
