I know that this situation gets asked a lot. Should I fold my AA here ? Looks like a set to me. Villain is Tag 20/10/1.8. I`m 18/13/4.

Yeah IMO you should. There really isn't that much room for draws. He open lims and then calls. It seems like a set to me over 95% of the time. I'd fold.

What the heck were you thinking with this three-bet? You put in half your stack with a bet that accomplishes nothing. You give away that you have a hand that you like and simultaneously commit yourself to the pot. As played, you HAVE to call the push because the pot is too big to fold. Villain could have A9/TT/JJ/QQ/KK/T8/64, and given that you're getting 3-to-1 odds on a call, you're forced to commit to this pot.

If you're going to get it all-in, I prefer three-betting all-in yourself. You might as well take the plunge, and you'll still get called by overpairs and even A9. However, my preferred line would be to smooth-call this flop bet and see what the turn brings. If the turn is really scary (9, 8, 7, 6, 5) I check-fold. If the turn is ANY other card, I check-raise all-in. If I check and villain checks behind, I make a small value bet on any river card (say, $2) and call a push.

Thanks for your reply Pokey. I have read some of your other posts and they have helped me a lot. I agree that my 3bet was useless. Maybe I should have pushed right there. If I smooth call his reraise on the flop, no scare card comes on the turn, and he comes out betting , should I give up or check raise him all in ? I usualy fold about 50% of these hands on the flop, afraid of a set and call about 50%.

regarding scare cards on the turn. I find (9,8,6) scary, but 5 and 7 not so scary. Maybe I`m thinking wrong here.
