Posting for a line check, I'm running horribly at the moment /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Villan is a bit weak/tight 23/3/2

I was planning on giving up on this unimproved after he called the C-bet. Should I have just pushed turn ?

I think pushing the turn is fine, since you have the gutshot + NFD. Villain could easily be on a heart or straight draw himself, and if he's weak tight like you say, he might fold a jack to a push.

Push the turn.

Given pot/ef stack sizes pushing turn is fine.Betting half pot and calling a push or pushing has different EV value here.
