yes - standard opening raise is 4BB+1 per limper so make it $1.50 to play here.

as played fold to UTG's minraise.

Good, i thought so.

The hands i would put him on here are:

AA,KK,QQ,JJ or possibly ATs

I can't see him calling with anything other than those.

He is pretty tight and with the min raise he was sure to have something solid.
