funding a friend's account

a friend (real one!) is gonna open new accounts on party and pacific for me(i'm already a member). he doesn't want to fund it though since he's very suspicious of the whole internet funding thing, can i use my netteler (deifferent than the one i used on my account of course)/credit card/citadel to fund his account?

i know for a fact you can use your cc or citadel on pacific because i did it before when my friend had $-23.56 in his checking account. lol but idk about net teller or party. if net teller is the same as firepay the emails on the account and the net teller ahve to match.

netteller doesn't care. i withdrew to netteller from party, then funded my friend's account. it was a one time thing and emails didn't match. no questions or problems though. about 1.5 months ago. YMMV
