Read for yourself.

http://www.mtxed.com/images/32vegas/1.jpg

So I just signed up after deciding that this is the best bonus I can do with the limited funds I have at the moment. I took advice from CBW (Halo) and aka's site and talked to live support about their 320% promotion...

http://www.mtxed.com/images/32vegas/2.jpg

Asked them about the Wagering Requirement, types of games allowed, etc.

http://www.mtxed.com/images/32vegas/3.jpg

Asked them about bonus being credited to my account.

http://www.mtxed.com/images/32vegas/4.jpg

I close the Live Support screen thinking everything's alright...but strangely, the window pops back up and support says they'll make sure I successfully deposit (TRAP)..I had a problem depositing but it eventually worked...BUT I get a $25 bonus, NOT the $320!!!

As you can see from the rest of the screenshots, I was jipped big time. Sure, $100 is not much and you could probably lose it in 20 minutes playing BJ, but what's important is the PRINCIPLE OF THE MATTER. Hell, I almost thought of depositing $500 for their $800 highroller bonus and making a post here claiming how nice that bonus was but that would have been even MORE stupid. They lied on purpose. These guys are dirty bastards. I ask them about their bonus and all their terms and they answer yes, then proceed to screw me over after I deposit. I've been having bad luck the entire week, losing money here and there, going 0/10 @ MGV, and my bankroll is super-tight because I'm whoring poker bonuses too - so having another $100 tied up for no reason is beyond bull****! Now I have to wait another 4-6 freakin days for these idiots to "process" my money when I could be clearing the InterCasino monthly...

This site better get blacklisted...

I normally don't (as I come from poker bonus whoring and I know how contacting support can affect bonuses)...but when two bonus sites (halo & akas) recommend you to read over the terms and conditions and confirm that everything is OK before starting, you usually go with the better judgement..

But heck, I doubt it would have made a different whether or not I contacted support. They could use that line "the website hasn't been updated" all day long and they'd always win.

This casino was known for switching terms and conditions and now they have struck again.

When I click on promotions, I am referred to http://www.32vegas.com/en/promotions/1/341.html . I have not yet figured out why some players are referred to one page and others a different one. USA Casino did something similar recently. It may relate to your country, as identified by your IP address. Perhaps they have different promotions for different countries. I'll call them, and see if I can get things sorted out.

i saw the 1st 2nd 3rd deposits and planned to just blow a min deposit of 20 bucks on each of the first two to get the good third one. on my first deposit i received 40 bonus and when i asked they added on 60 more of bonus for 120 start balance and 15x on vp or something. i wasn't complaining, but now they won't let me do a second deposit bonus until they email me a special offer. vtheir offers are random and weird, but i could clearly see that the first deposit was a 25% bonus. weird yours was different, op. they are a pain in the ass for sure, but they do give good bonuses, however i do agree their customer service is [censored]! i am in canada too but they gave me some crazy bonus claiming they emailed me that offer when they never did. and 7 dollars for free a week ago or so. just don't give them any credence and avoid them until they beg you with sweet offers i guess. my cashout came in far less than 4 days and with no id.

Support seemed clueless. They suggested sending an email listing the usernames of the players who got a different bonus than the were expecting. After they confirm the problem, players may be compensated. I will add a warning about this on the site and reduce their ranking.

First time they did give me $25 bonus, which is 25% of my deposit ($100).

3 hours ago I talked to live support again. "Jill" told me that you could only get the 320% bonus if you receive an email. The website never said that only "certain selected" players could receive it. It simply said first time deposit players. When I asked her to manually credit the 320%, she told me she can only give me what I would receive in the email, so she credited me with a $75 bonus. Still not what I was hoping for though /images/graemlins/frown.gif.

I am also having a really hard time with 32 Vegas. I was given a 320% bonus on $200 after speaking to the chat rep. I cleared more than the WR and they wont let me withdraw my money.

Each time I talk to a different chat rep they give me a random number between $300-400 that I still have to wager. Twice I completed the amount they suggested and they still would not let me withdraw!

I spoke to a manager on chat a week ago. He promised to look in to my issues and get back to me in 48 hours. A week later and 10 more emails to support and still no resolution!

GrrRRRRRrr.

Any advice on dealing with them? They have over $450 of my money.

They told me a $350 bonus was cashable. I did the WR and lost $120 of my own money but tried to cash out the full bonus, they wouldn't let me. I emailed them screenshots and the original email and the terms I agreed to (right from their website) but they kept giving me th runaround for WEEKS, so I finally took the $120 hit and left. Even slots of vegas gave me my money eventually.

Wow... chalk another up for 32Vegas Customer Service today..
I get a newsletter today (which I'm sure everyone else who has an account there got as well), and the first item was a promotion with some Jazz Festival... they have 5 sets of initials, you email them with the Jazz singers who have those initials, you're entered in a draw for $1,500. So I email them, figuring it's worth a shot, and now after several emails with customer service, including forwarding them their own newsletter, apparently THAT promotion doesn't exist either.
My cashout from these guys can't hit my Neteller soon enough.

The T&C suggests it is only the 25% first deposit bonus that is sticky, and the 320% bonus is cashable. However, the T&C it is ambiguous and contains contradictions. I'll contact support tomorrow, and try to get and definite answer.

"Please note that the First Deposit Bonus is for wagering purposes only. Only withdrawal of an amount superior to the Play Bonus will be processed, and the Play bonus will be deducted from your withdrawal request."

There are no such statements for the 2nd and 3rd deposit bonus.

I got the feeling that the support rep I spoke with knew exactly what was going on, but refused to give the whole story. The best I can tell is some people a cashable bonus, some people get a sticky bonus, and the final word is management's decision. This style of different bonuses is similar to some people getting the 320% bonus on the 1st deposit, and some people getting the 320% bonus on the 3rd deposit.

I'm also having problems with 32Vegas. I wish I'd seen this topic before! Because I deposited €510! /images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I'm posting here so more people get informed about them and I hope that they maybe help me better when I show them this topic.

I shall post the email here I have just sent them because it contains the whole story.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello Support,

This is ------ -------.

I was told to send an email to this address by Chloe, manager/supervisor at Live Chat. So I could withdraw my deposit + deposit

bonuses + winnings. (As seen in the attached screenshot; Clipboard02.jpg)

I noticed your website a while ago and was very interested in your promotion offers. They seemed very nice!
I must have read the terms and conditions on the promotion at least 5 times.

After some days I downloaded the software. I noticed I immediately got a €30 bonus. I didn't know about that. Your website

doesn't mention it.
Because I wanted to be sure about terms and conditions I entered Live Chat, where I spoke to Charlene.
I asked her almost everything and many things twice, to be ABSOLUTELY sure about the rules.

She told me;
-Wagering requirements for the €;30 bonus were 99x and I could fulfill the wagering requirements at the same time as my eventual

first deposit bonus.
-I could use all games for the wagering requirement except Blackjack, Roulette , Baccarat, Craps, SicBo and Casino War. For BOTH the

sign up bonus and the first deposit bonus.

Than she offered me an additional €25 bonus if I deposited €510. I was convinced because of everything she told me, and

she speaks in name of 32vegas Casino. So I agreed.
I got the Promised €825 bonus and started playing. And I enjoyed playing at your casino. I haven't got anything bad to say

about the playing itself.

Now the wagering requirement, WR, was 12x the deposit plus bonus for the deposit bonus. So WR is

12x(€510+€825)=€16020.
I saw you get 4 comps per €1 played so at 64080 comps I should have finished my WR.

I had reached this amount and entered Live Chat to be sure, also because I read in the Terms & Conditions that you would lose your

winnings + bonus if you withdrawed to soon.

Here I suddenly got a shock. I spoke to Trisha, she told me I still had to wager €2970. I said that's not possible I have

played more than €16000!!
Now She told me the WR of the €30 sign up bonus can only be done playing Slots or arcade games. I told her I was told otherwise

by Charlene.
But the most incredible thing was she said I only could get my COMPLETED first deposit bonus after I completed this €30 bonus,

and I couldn't withdraw my winnings or first deposit bonus. (For which I played more than €16000 in your casino!!) I would

think the word of Charlene would overrule this because she told me otherwise, but Trisha wouldn't do anything for me.

After more than an HOUR, she passed the conversation over to the supervisor, Cloe.
I had to repeat the whole story again, as now. He told me he was terribly sorry.
Now I really expected him to release my winnings and first deposit bonus because I have met all the requirements from the terms and

conditions. (See attached screenshot; Clipboard07.jpg)
But he insisted I had to send an email to this address and it would get sorted so I can withdraw all my funds.

Just to finish off.
- I was told the bonuses ran together and I could play most games to meet the WR for all bonuses I had.
- I have wagered more than the €16020 for the €800, and €25 bonus. And more than the €2970 for the €30

bonus.

Please handle this issue like any professional company would do and let me withdraw my deposit + bonuses + winnings.
I'll be happy and probably come back to play.

Please give me what I deserve, and handle this the correct way.

Yours Sincerely,

I had the same problems with Eurogrand (which I believe are part of the same group). I was told I'd be eligible for one of the high roller bonuses until it came to depositing when of course I received a far inferior bonus. They directed me to a link displaying the bonuses available, all being completely different to what the website stated and still does state. Again, only specific members who received an email were allowed to claim the high roller first deposit bonus. Seems this group are having a bit of a laugh.

Dear -----,

Thank you for contacting 32 Vegas. My name is Belinda from Customer Support.

We have received your message about your concern to the bonuses that you've
received and its wagering in order to make a withdrawal. Please note that
bonuses issued by the casino have different terms and conditions. If we are
going to base on this premise, wagering and the restrcted games differ from
one bonus to another.

As we take a look on your account, we do not show that you have wagered for
the 30 EU sign-up bonus that was issued to you on January 15, 2007. The terms
and conditions for that is you have to wager 99x the bonus received, thus you
have to wager at least $2,970 in slots and arcade games only.

You can continuously play on the remaining games to increase your winings,
fulfill the wagering requirements of the bonuses you have received and
ultimately, make your withdrawal request. If you wish not to fulfill the wager
for the sign-up bonus, we will cut your bonuses and winnings and refund your
deposit. In case you choose the latter option, please send an email to us and
we will forward your message to the relevant department so that the request
will handled accordingly.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
32 Vegas Support Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sorry to bump this, but I ran into problems here, honestly didn't thought I would since I donked it up in slots and went busto on the first 2 deposits, the first bonus was automatically credited but the second and third had to be manually credited by support, I didn't flat out asked what were the terms to the support girl in the fear that they would label me.

Anyways on the third deposit I got the 320% up to $320, I completed the WR on jacks or better, doubling down after wins and all that, I didn't hit anything worthy so I finished without a great amount (~250), I even played a bit more, more than enough to cover the first 2 deposits bonus terms even, so I check with support trying to make clear that I will be donking it up some more (and I was) and I just wanted to know if cashing out was an option now, live support tells me that I still have to play a ridiculous amount (about 6,000 more!!) and that VP does not count and obv suggests slots, I bitch a little but trying not to sound like a bonus abuser (my bitching was more like of an unsatisfied customer, I even told them I would take a refund).

So I had to leave for a while and then I read all these stories about this casino (my bad, I know I was supposed to do this first), anyways I log back again and ask support about the WR and now tells me I've completed it, but I can't cash out because "our bonus are not withdrawable", I did not wanted to argue that the terms say you can, seems pointless as I'm sure they'll just make up something to keep me from withdrawing.

This is a small hit and I'm willing to sticky it up, but I'm afraid of what will they come up with next time I ask about cashing out, so what's my next move? Thank you.

I had an issue with 32vegas with their initial. They changed terms on me and while I was disputing the changes over a week period, they changed them on me again to make it even worse.

I filed a complaint with playtech, they gave me my own rep from playtech to resolve it. After about a month of working with the playtech rep, I got my money according to the original terms.
