I didnt CB the flop because villain floats alot and plays very aggressively.

Why not cbet on the flop? He might have had 78, though if he did the check on the turn would be a little gross.

I CB here a lot against most villains just this one had gotten the best of me several times in a row and I decided not to this time.

i think its fine, especially if you have some history with the villian, im okay with the situation, and if he has it, good for him
