Villain is 18/10/1.9 over ~120 hands. No other reads. Should I have raised more on the flop? How was the raise on the flop?

I wouldn't reraise this against a nit. You are basically commiting yourself for a call if he raises you back. You are coinflipping at best here. He has you crushed the rest of the times.
