Should I just keep betting on the turn? And also, is my raise size on the river OK?

This all just depends on your image... I would bet the turn again because I generally have an image which is bordering on maniacal and that gets me action.

But either way, if you want to build the pot you have to bet, and betting the turn smells more like 66-KK than an A, letting alone a full house, because people loooove their slowplay at this level.

Bet the turn and hope he has trips. In such a small pot your aim should not be to make a little bit of value against weak hands. It should be to stack strong second best hands.

Yeah you have to bet this turn, he could well be slowplaying Ax, 55, 44, 32 all of which you crush.

I would make a pot sized bet with KK-TT here also, and you might get a call from those type of hands.

Given the turn the raise on the river looks fine.

The turn check is not good at all. Surely you want to play a big pot when you make a huge hand, and checking the turn makes it very difficult to get all the money in in an unraised pot.
