I've just recently starting playing on Prima. I want to start playing some of the skins to get the deposit bonuses but I've heard some of the skins aren't reputable. Is that true? And if so, which skins should be avoided?

I've had good experiences with:

royal vegas (sign up through an affiliate to get something extra there)
Tha gaming Club's casino ( so I assume their poker is on the level, and you can get extra through affiliates)
Dream poker is on PSO so I would trust them
I've never heard of anyone having trouble with Poker Share
River Belle Casino was fine so I'm assuming the poker is also
I've heared bad things about Golden Riviera, but it was fine with me.

That would be a start at least.

I played River Belle Poker and Wild Jack Poker recently and had no problems with either. Also,i was not bothered to provide any documentation upon withdrawing,as has sometimes been the case with others on other Prima sites in particular.

I wouldnt touch Wildjacks if i was you. A freind of mine signed up with them when a bonus was advertised cleared it but was never credited with it. He sent several Mails that wern't answered. Eventualy he enlisted the affliate who he signed up with to help and despite their best efforts never received the bonus.

BW has a couple Prima threads that you might want to check out. I personally have accounts on probably a dozen or so Prima skins and have never had any problems to report.

I'd be *very* leery of Intertops. Myself and others had a hell of a time getting our bonuses paid within the last couple months.

I've had *zero* problems with the other prima skins I've played.

You have to be selective when reading 2+2. A high post count does not prove that someone is a reliable or impartial poster.

Code Poker has taken some actions since UIGEA that are very unpopular. I suggest that you search the archives for the last month and decide for yourself.

Most everyone thought BetCorp (BetHoldem/123Poker) was solid because they were publicly traded and one of the oldest and most reputable sportsbooks around. Then one day they locked player accounts and subsequently admitted they were several million dollars short.

There is practically no visibility into any of the Prima skins and the network operator Microgaming apparently isn't doing anything to safeguard player funds.

I think more business failures in the Prima network are inevitable. They lost a lot of players when the entire network cast out 11 states and many skins pulled completely out of the U.S. Meanwhile network members seem to compete primarily with each other instead of seeking new customers or challenging other networks.

Which skins are safe? I don't know and I have no idea how an outsider could tell. A lot of people in these forums seem to believe that a reliable site is one that hasn't done anything bad yet /images/graemlins/crazy.gif. Everybody is good until the day they stop paying /images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

Are you talking about canceling their RB program?

I assume he's also speaking of cancelling the monthly bonus for October for US players mid month...

Still interested in recent trip reports though (cashout time etc)

i cashed out a few hundred bucks a few days ago. it was proceded within 24h.
signed up there in september and never was credited with the first deposit bonus. i was also not able to check if i recieved my rakeback payments.
code poker support wasnt helpful in either case and told me to wait a few days more... and some more days... and...
my affiliate told me he was shot down a few days ago.
i would cash out. there is no reason to play at code.

Guess I'll answer my own question: I cashed out 2k from Code Poker this weekend and was a bit worried I wouldn't get paid (as I expected this to take a day or maximum two). Luckily I was just being paranoid, cashout hit Neteller today after 4 business days.

I had Code thru aff, and was "quit" by them(I live in the US), never had problem until the closure, the auto-netellered my remaining funds to me and Im done with them now, I do understand that a company that chooses not to fulfill its RB program when closing accounts mid-month is piss-poor at best, but they are never going to get any business from me again, thats their decision, and if given the option if they change their mind in the future, well, thats my decision not to support them.

Intertops, Bet365 and Grand Bay are three that have a shaky past when it comes to paying out bonuses. The first two corrected their mistakes and paid players. Grand Bay is the latest Prima to decide they aren't required to pay out promised bonuses. Several are still waiting for cashouts.
