For those waiting for their check or xfer to neteller from Sun, I emailed them yesterday. Here is my email and their response. Interestingly, the response came from "wagerlogic.com":
Subject: Re: SunPoker US Resident Withdrawal Request acct: ########
It has been two weeks and I haven't seen the transaction hit my neteller
account yet. Please let me know the status of this transaction.

Hi jjp,
The processing commenced on the 27th, I spoke to the people performing
the processing and they said it will take a maximum of 10 working days
for you to get your funds. The reason for the delay is the high volume
of requests. I will try to expedite your request, but can't guarantee a
timeframe.
