For this hand in particular it would be good to get some more information about BB. Also, how does he perceive your pfr?

His small bet on the turn is very strange. Having placed an initial pot sized bet on a dry flop I'd say he probably had top pair. In particular that he called your reraise. Question is, what kicker? Without any more information I'd probably put him on AJ, KJ or even an overpair or trips.

Therefore I think you're right folding the river. Folding the turn is an option, too, but the smallish bet is just a tad too small to justify a fold here. So, I'd probably played it the same here

Seems pretty good. I'd like a call on flop and turn if he comes out betting so you don't drive him out. Re-evaluate river then.

call flop. raising here is no good imo.

turn i just c.c. if he checks turn and river, i fire a V bet
