Villain is 48/2/0.5 over ~50 hands. No other reads. Any way of getting away from this?

With 0.5 aggression and that minbet/call flop push turn line I COULD fold.... but... can I, that's another problem. If I have seen him only do legit raises I fold turn.

His minbet on the flop means nothing to me (often a draw), I'd raise a decent amount here ($8.50-$9).

His push on the turn is scary, with his passive stats (although on not too many hands). But I don't think I could get away from TPTK here...
