Villain is 29/17/1.8 over ~90 hands. No other reads. Could I have played this hand any different?

i think you need to flat call his initial bet, were drawing to the nuts in many ways, we want as many people in this pot as possible, i dont think there really is a need to go aggro insane with it, yeah its a good draw but calm down a bit. also dont post the turn or river cuz its unnecessary to the decision.

If he has an Ace your K and J arent outs.
I wouldnt have played like you did, just call, if he pushs, think about calling depending on his range.

Maybe I'd raise this PF, to try and take it down right there. A limp from the button doesn't really scream strength to me.

As played, I'd call the first bet on the flop. Your all-in push is overdone, there's no way villain's gonna fold here.
Try to keep it a multiway pot, I think.
