Whats to prevent the eventual or possible scenario of US banks blocking many legitimate offshore banks as a result of the new legislation? I am curious as to the prevention of the national bank of canada becoming an unlawful intermediary for illegal online poker funds. Other country's banks clearly are not going to reject potential spread income of poker players so why are all of these secondary workarounds deemed unrealistic? While it's unrealistic to assume that the justice department is going to sit back and let banks that allow secondhand money get away with it; it is also unrealistic that banks are going to get prosecuted fro transfers from the bank of canada.

I more and more question how legitimate financial institutions doing legitimate transfers in their jurisdictions are going to get separated from the muddle of illegal poker funds sites.
