View Full Version : My Halloween Challenge

I wasn't going to play tonight, trick or treating with the kiddies and all that. I had a very good month regarding my progress as a ssnl 6 max player but after a horrible start to the month and some weak variance/luck I'm down $27 this month. I'm horrible and I suck, I know.

Anyway, it was all pretty much over yesterday with a couple of standard suckouts against me and was (at the time) down a lot more than $27. I later decided to play some hands of 100nl and won a few buyins against a horrible 95/56 ATM - so now I'm at -$27 with a shot at finishing in the black.

My transition from STT to 6 max has been interesting and my only comfort is that I have a decent br. Anyway, since changing games in July, I've had one very good winning month and a couple of losing ones - this is after never having a losing month in 14 or so months of serious donkament play.

My quest is to win +$27 to finish the month.

Follow along w/ my updates.

disclaimer: Challenges like this used to be common on STTF, if this is way gey for micronl, please feel free to lock.

GtrHtr,

I too recently made my way to ssnl from stt's and will end the month on a slight positive as well.
Glad to see yourself and Blufeet and a couple other posters that I always got a lot from.
Learning new skills is always a challenge that usually starts out slow for me.
This is great forum with lot's of solid players.
