50NL 6 max - table is passive, especially preflop. 2-3 opponents who are the type who can't fold TPTK/overpair.

$50 effective stacks

Reads - Villain is LP preflop, he is a bit aggressive post flop, although I've seen him small bet with quad 2's (1/5 PSB). So I suspect he tries to be tricky with hands. On the other hand, I've seen him overbet pot on a bluff/semi-bluff

Hero gets Q /images/graemlins/spade.gifT /images/graemlins/diamond.gif on button.
UTG calls, CO calls, Hero Calls, SB completes, BB checks.

I didn't see a point of raising to punish limpers so I limp myself, hoping to hit 2 pair plus to stack one of these guys.

Flop

K /images/graemlins/heart.gifT /images/graemlins/heart.gif5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

SB checks, BB (Villain) bets $0.50, CO calls, Hero calls, SB folds

Calling minbet should be ok here, I thought BB might be on a flush draw with that min bet, or a pair of Tens.

Turn

Q /images/graemlins/club.gif

BB bets $3, CO folds, I raise to $13, BB reraise to $33, Hero??!?!

My thought is first hes in BB so his range is wide, second I haven't seen this level of aggro from him yet (except when bluffing by leading out which doesn't seem to be the case here).

My first instinct is I don't know what I beat. I lose to most 2 pair hands, K5, KT, KQ, unless BB is doing this on a draw. (I guess set/straight also possible)

Thoughts?

I hit the card I want, raise it up now BB reraise... what to do? (did I raise too much to $13)?

Thanks

More often than not you're behind here, I'd probably fold this. As for your turn bet, 13 seems ok...maybe Id go 11-12 or something but youre not far off.
