you have to call, there is enough money in the pot that if you dont you are losing money if he pushes an A or a 7 i think. (i didnt do any actual math)

also, cbet the flop.

Bluff can't be ignored but seems extremely unlikely. IF one ignored the possibility that villain is doing this with a hand you beat, then you must chop well over 90% of the time to make calling +EV.

First blush, seems like an autocall, but given the numbers maybe not.
